1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information needed to operate the Service, including account and profile data, tracker data, user content, subscription/entitlement data, and device/app data.
This may include your email address, username/display name, account preferences, habits, tasks, activity/workout logs, diet logs, goals, schedules, wallet entries, notes, optional uploaded images, vision board content, plan status, entitlement state, purchase state, settings, reminder preferences, app diagnostics, crash logs, and technical logs for reliability and security.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to provide and operate app features, sync your data across signed-in devices, deliver notifications/reminders you enable, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, validate entitlements, improve reliability, security, and performance, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the app, including Firebase for services such as Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Functions; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase state handling; and Apple App Store for billing and subscription processing. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
4. Permissions
Depending on features you use, Sowakto may request notifications for reminders/alerts you configure, and Photos/Camera access only when you choose to upload or capture images. You can change permissions anytime in your device settings.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share data when necessary to operate service providers/infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, or protect users, our Service, and legal rights.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for operational, legal, or security reasons. If you request account deletion, your account is marked pending deletion and permanent deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period. If you sign in during this period, deletion may be canceled. After deletion, personal data is removed from active systems, subject to backup cycles and legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.
8. Children’s Privacy
Sowakto is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child submitted data improperly, contact us to remove it.
9. International Processing
Your data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can also update profile details in-app, request deletion in account settings, and contact us for privacy requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest posted version in-app or on our website controls.
