These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sowakto mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Sowakto is a personal productivity and tracking app that helps users manage habits, tasks, activity/workout logs, meal tracking, finances, schedules, goals, and related personal progress data.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, Sowakto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable app store terms.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where law permits
- Copy, distribute, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app
- Bypass security, paywall, entitlement, subscription, or access controls
- Use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or interferes with the Service
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Certain features require a paid subscription.

Available plans:
- Sowakto Premium Monthly: 1 month
- Sowakto Premium Yearly: 1 year
Prices are shown in-app and may vary by country or region.
For iOS, purchases are processed by Apple App Store. Apple billing terms govern pricing, payment, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available in-app for eligible purchases.
Refunds are handled under Apple policies, except where law requires otherwise.
5. Data, Deletion, and Retention
You control the personal content and tracking data you add to Sowakto.
We retain account data while your account remains active and as needed to operate the Service, provide sync, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these Terms.
If you request account deletion:
- Your account is marked pending deletion
- Permanent deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period
- If you sign back in during the grace period, deletion may be canceled and account data may be preserved
After the grace period ends, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account from active systems, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, or compliance purposes.
Additional details are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use

7. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or business operations.
We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, outages, third-party service issues, platform changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including app stores, cloud services, analytics, notifications, and payment systems.
These third-party services may have separate terms, privacy policies, and practices. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
Sowakto is a productivity and personal tracking tool only.
It does not provide medical, nutrition, fitness training, mental health, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice.
Any insights, estimates, calculations, summaries, calorie targets, activity trends, budget information, or progress data shown in the app are for general informational and organizational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sowakto and its owner, developers, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of savings, financial loss, personal injury, or other damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
In no event shall Sowakto’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Sowakto for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 1,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sowakto, its owner, developers, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of another person’s rights
- Content, data, or information you submit, upload, store, or process through the Service
- Any attempt to bypass security, entitlement, subscription, or access controls
We reserve the right to control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risk, or where required for legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
Termination does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer located outside the Philippines, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
